Morning Shadows on Lone Pine Peak, Eastern Sierra (I)
I photographed this scene on a chilly winter morning in February 2025. Originally I had planned to photograph the moonset at sunrise, but the moon remained too high at first light. Yet sunrise was beautiful that morning, with the entire Sierra range glimmering with a fresh blanket of snow after a storm the day before. You can read more about that trip here.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production and shipping of the print.
